Who We Are

Andrew (Drew) Rothkopf is the founder and CEO of Alpenglow Properties. His experience and passion for real estate, management, and the hospitality industry helped spark the initial idea of starting a full-service short-term rental investment and management company. Hard work, finding the right people and pieces to the puzzle, have helped grow the business and make and keep Alpenglow’s clients, as well as countless guests, happy. 

In 2009, Drew started in the travel industry by managing the marketing divisions for large vacation accommodation corporations. By listening to the public about what they want out of their accommodations, and by becoming a professional Realtor as the short-term rental industry began to boom, Drew prepared himself to position Alpenglow Properties as the short-term rental investment and management expert.

Today, Alpenglow is the leading Northern Utah short-term rental expert. Whether you’re familiar with Utah or live across the world, we help our clients find and buy the right investment property, as well as furnish, stage, professionally photograph, list, maintain and manage their investment to turn it into a cash machine. Whether you need help with one, all, or just have questions, Alpenglow is always happy to help.
